University Store Gift Cards: All Locations

Shippensburg University Store Gift Cards are currently available by calling 717-477-1600 or through our website in the "SU Merchandise" section.  Gift cards are also available for purchase at the Customer Service Desk.  Gift cards should be treated as cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.  Give your students the "gift of choice" at the University Store.

Daily Newspapers: CUB Lounge B & C

We carry a variety of magazines and newspapers when classes are in session.  USA Today, Philadelphia Inquirer, New York Times, Washington Post, Patriot News, News-Chronicle, and Public Opinion complete the list of newspapers.  Magazines carried are the most popular titles on college campuses.  This service is not offered during the summer terms.

Postage Stamps: All Locations

Postage stamps are available at the customer service counter.  Stamps are sold in books of 10 for $4.40 ($.44 per stamp).

Special Orders: McLean

Special orders can be placed at the store for textbooks and trade books.  A non-refundable deposit of $5.00 is required for all special orders.  This deposit is deducted from the price of the book when it is picked up and paid for in full.

Check Cashing: CUB Lounge B & C

The University Store will cash checks on the following basis: personal checks up to $75.00 with student I.D. card.  Payroll checks up to $270.00 with student I.D. card.  No third party checks will be accepted.  Twenty-five cent charge for cashing a check and limit one check per day.

Faxing: CUB Lounge B & C

Our student fax number is 717-477-4043.  Students can receive or send a fax for $.50 per page.  Faculty and Staff can receive or send a fax for $1.00 per page.

Copy Machines:

There are 3 copiers in the library, 1 in the CUB, and 1 in Shippen Hall.  Copiers accept coins or dollar bills.
