University Store BUYBACK Policy:
Our policy is to buy every book we possibly can and to offer you as much money as we can. The following information should help explain how the process of buyback works at the University Store.

Books that have been ordered by professors for the upcoming semester will be purchased at up to 1/2 the new selling price during our end of the semester buyback.

We advise you to sell back your books as soon as possible during the end of the semester buyback.

The University Store will only buyback at up to 1/2 the new price for the quantity needed in the upcoming semester. When that quantity is reached, the wholesale value will be offered if there is one that exists.

The Wholesale Value is determined by the used book companies and based on the national demand for a book. Some books do not have a wholesale value such as books that have been replaced by a newer edition.

Books that are in poor condition or that are damaged will not be bought back by the University Store or the used book company. This would include any book with missing pages, water damage, broken spine, or excessive writing/highlighting.

All professors are required to notify the bookstore of what books they are using before the beginning of buyback. The professors determine which books we can buyback for the upcoming semester.
